1. Eligibility
1.1 This competition is open globally to individuals aged 16 years and older as of the date of entry.
1.2 Entrants may enter the competition once per person.

2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition opens at 9:00am AEDT on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
2.2 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Entry Mechanic
3.1 To enter, participants must submit their name and email address via the official entry page on the portier website.
3.2 By entering the competition, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Portier Australia and the participating brands, including Hot Milk, Form and Fold, Pure Mama, The Inarra, and Légoe Heritage.

4. Prize Details
4.1 The prize consists of the following items:

• 1x Portier Australia Gift Card valued at $500 AUD
• $500 AUD worth of lingerie from Hot Milk
• $500 AUD worth of Form and Fold swimwear
• 1x Pure Mama Luxe Gift Set valued at $260 AUD & $250 AUD Gift Card

4.2 The total prize pool is valued at $3,030 AUD.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4.4 Gift cards are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective issuing brands.

5. Selection and Notification of Winner
5.1 One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on Monday, November 25, 2024.
5.3 The winner will be announced via the Portier Australia website and Instagram Stories.
5.4 The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon entry on Monday, November 25, 2024.

6. Winner’s Responsibilities
6.1 The winner must respond to the email notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
6.2 If no response is received within 7 days, the winner forfeits the prize, and a supplementary winner will be drawn at random.

7.1 Personal data collected as part of this competition will be used in accordance with Portier Australia’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their information for marketing purposes by Portier Australia and the participating brands.
7.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the opt-out mechanism provided in the communications.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Portier Australia and the participating brands accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this competition or from accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8.2 Portier Australia and the participating brands are not liable for any technical issues or interruptions that may affect an entrant's ability to participate in the competition.

9. General Conditions
9.1 Portier Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any time.
9.2 Any personal data collected in connection with this competition will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of the participating brands.
9.3 This competition is governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
