Promotional Codes

All promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No more than one promotional code can be applied at checkout or to an order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. portier reserves the rights to cancel or refuse the usage of any promotional code at any time.

All promotional codes must be applied at checkout, and cannot be applied to any previous or retrospective orders or gift card purchases. We have the right to refuse use of any promotional code for any reason. The times of use will be outlined in the marketing material, the code cannot be used outside of this time.

Welcome Offer Promotional Code

This welcome offer is available to new customers who sign up to our mailing list. Once you register, you will receive a unique discount code via email for $20 off when you spend $100 or more in a single transaction, excluding shipping costs, gift cards, or other discounts. Your code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and must be entered at checkout to redeem. The offer is limited to one use per customer, is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. The minimum spend of $100 must be met after any other discounts are applied and before shipping costs. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. Use of the code constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

A Gift for You Promotion

The A Gift for You Promotion is available to eligible customers who receive the promotional code via Portier email marketing. To redeem the offer, customers must spend a minimum of $100 AUD in a single transaction on the official Portier website during the promotional period.

This promotion is valid from 7:00am AEST on Thursday, 13 August 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 16 August 2026.

Vouchers are available in $30, $40, and $50 denominations and are valid only for eligible customers who have received the promotion. The promotional voucher is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional code unless otherwise stated.

Portier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

Gift With Purchase – Padre Cap on Orders Over $150

This promotion is available on eligible purchases made via the official Portier website from 7:00am on 1st September 2026 and is valid while stocks last.

Customers who spend $150 or more in a single transaction via the official Portier website will receive one complimentary promotional gift with their order.

The promotional gift is available while stocks last and will be automatically included with eligible orders. No promotional code is required.

This offer is only valid for purchases made through the official Portier website and is not applicable to purchases made via Portier stockists, third-party retailers, or other sales channels.

The $150 minimum spend is calculated on the value of eligible products purchased in a single transaction, excluding shipping, delivery fees, discounts, and any other applicable charges.

If an order that qualified for the promotion is subsequently returned or refunded and, as a result, no longer meets the $150 minimum spend requirement, the complimentary promotional gift must also be returned in its original and unused condition. If the promotional gift is not returned, Portier reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The promotional gift cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product, or any other alternative.

Portier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws. Portier reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer where it reasonably considers that the promotion has been used fraudulently or otherwise in breach of these terms.

This promotion is subject to availability and is strictly limited to the promotional gift stock available. Once the promotional gift stock has been exhausted, the promotion will end.
